Allen brings over 25 years of marketing, sales and operations experience with two Fortune 500 companies to his position. He began his career in the staffing industry in 1986 and prides himself on his ability to build and lead successful organizations and develop strong client relationships. Frank R. Reda — VP, Sales & Client Services
Frank has been in the staffing industry for the past thirty-three years. Frank's experience spans sales and operations management, as well as key executive appointments with both public and private staffing organizations. Frank's strengths stem from a keen understanding of the day to day function/practical world of staffing companies and his strong problem solving ability.

Frank is a native New Yorker, educated at the University of Dayton where he received a degree in Economics. He spent two years on active duty in the U.S. Navy and began his sales career with Xerox Corporation.

Richard W. Karras — VP, Client Financial Services
Rich has over 20 years of solid functional experience in banking, finance and administration. He has experience in managing all finance and back office functions including internal financial statement preparation, branch accounting, external financial statement preparation, internal audit, documented policies and procedures, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit and collection, cash application, billing and payroll processing, purchasing and facilities management. In addition to his finance experience, he also has direct involvement with client relationships and problem resolution.

Rich is a graduate of the College of Business at St. Johns University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance.

Michael Moran — VP, Finance/Information Systems
Michael has been in the financial and information technology arenas for the past twenty -five years. Mike's experience spans large (over 2 billion) as well as small (12MM) companies in roles as CFO and CIO, as well as VP Finance and Controller. His strengths are supported by his past experiences in public accounting, private accounting as well as operational roles in business management.

Mike is a Certified Public Accountant within New York State and also holds an MBA from Long Island University with an undergraduate degree from Fordham University.

John McGraw — Director of Sales
Since joining Sterling Resource Funding in 1990, John has been responsible for core business development and marketing throughout the United States. Guiding the sales and marketing group, John helped to establish Sterling Resource Funding as the recognized leader of funding and back office services in the staffing industry today. As the Director of Sales and Operations, John is charged with implementing and overseeing key division initiatives with a particular focus on business development and internal operations.
